About Us
Welcome to Cape Coral, Florida Adult 50+ Senior Softball League
The league has been active for over 45 years and hosts games on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the evenings. The games start at 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM, respectively. Additionally, we organize batting practices every Saturday morning, which are open to everyone from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Both the games and practices take place at the Cape Coral Sports Complex, located at 1510 Sports Blvd, Cape Coral, FL 33991.
Everyone is welcome to join us. Our main objective is to provide excellent exercise opportunities while promoting social interaction for seniors who are young at heart.

We are now accepting applications for our upcoming Fall season. The league has expanded to include a separate morning league. This allows everyone (Women and Men) to play in the mornings on Mondays and Wednesdays, in the evenings on Tuesdays and Thursdays, or both! Both leagues seek to unite softball enthusiasts aged 50 and older, nurturing a sense of community, fitness, and friendly competition. The Cape Coral 50+ league has been established over 50 years and functions as a City League.
